Sales Executive - Reading

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a prestigious, high-performing premium main dealership based in Reading, seeking an experienced and driven Sales Executive to join their successful team.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.

Achieve individual and team sales targets, while maintaining a consultative and customer-first approach.

Maintain accurate records using the dealership’s CRM and follow up with all potential customers.

A proven track record in vehicle sales within a main dealer or similar retail environment is preferred.

Full UK driving licence required.

The Package:

£19,360 basic salary

£55,000 OTE (with scope to achieve £70,000+)

Hours: Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 6:00pm - Day off during the week

Saturday – 8:30am to 5:00pm

Sunday – 1 in 3 (11:00am to 4:00pm)
