The Role:
We have an exciting role and are working on behalf of a client of ours based in Orpington, Kent. Seeking to add multiple experienced motor trade Sales Executives to their growing business. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities:
To achieve monthly sales targets for prestige and high end new & used vehicles, achieving the minimum profit targets.
Successful upkeep of company mandatory database and processes.
To achieve monthly sales targets for additional profit centres including finance, paintwork protection and insurance.
To maintain a thorough customer follow-up programme on behalf of the company.
Daily telephone and face to face profiling will be done speaking to customers based nationwide and internationally.
***Previous sales experience in a motor trade dealership or car supermarket or a transferable industry is essential in this position***

The Package:
£12,000 - £18,000 basic with a realistic OTE of £60k + per annum plus amazing company benefits.
Working week alternates between a 5 day and 6 day working week, where possible our client will put the late shift after your weekday off so you will almost get 2.5 day break on your 5 day working week and 1.5 day break on your 6 day working week. Hours Monday - Thursday 8:30 - 6:30, Friday 8:30 - 6:00 (one late shift in the week) 11:30am - 9:30pm, Saturday 08:30 - 6:00 & Sunday 9:00 - 5:00 on rota.
