The Role:
At present, Silcom Recruitment are on the lookout for an experienced motor trade or customer service professional to work with one of our largest clients local to Southampton as a Sales Customer Retention Executive.
This role is offering fantastic Monday to Friday hours, a competitive salary package, a less pressurised sales environment and a positive work atmosphere.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Sales Customer Retention Executive:
Focus on outbound calls to existing finance sales and service customers.
Maintain a strong relationship with multiple customers throughout their car ownership cycle and creating renewal appointments for the Sales Team.
Identifying the opportunities to offer renewal appointments at key points during the agreement term, by building, maintaining and updating ‘campaigns’ on the Finance Renewals Systems.
Identifying the opportunities to offer extended warranty and our service plan options to our service customers.
Creating appointments and promoting best practice to our customers via telephone and internet.
Achieve set targets and goals given to you by the manager to benefit from the fantastic bonus scheme.
Computer literate & confident speaking over the phone
The Package:
£24,000 Basic Salary & £30,000 Bonus. This is uncapped!
Monday to Friday [8:30 – 18:00].
22 days paid holiday + Bank holidays.
