Sales Administrator x2 - Fareham

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting on the behalf of a motor trade dealership group, with a site based around the outskirts of Fareham. Our client is currently seeking two experienced Sales Administrator's to join their team. Initially, the positions will both be 12-month Maternity cover contracts with the view to going permanent. 

Reporting to the Sales Manager & Dealership Accountant, you will be responsible for the following: 

Responsibilities:

Process and monitoring all new and used vehicles on the company’s DMS (Kerridge)

Support Sales team – set up, invoice and post deals.

Taxing of vehicles

Keep track of deals and ensure all are invoiced by end of month

Liaising with Sales Managers

The Package:

£18,000 - £19,000 starting salary - Dependant on experience + £2400 Bonus

Monday to Friday working hours
