Sales Administrator - Twickenham & West London

The Role:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work with an established new & used car dealership, with a site in Twickenham & West London seeking multiple Sales Administrators on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. Supporting the Dealership Accountant, you will be responsible for the following: 

Responsibilities:

You will document all sales, ordering and processing vehicles sales.

Invoicing vehicles to end-users and internally between dealerships.

Deal effectively with customers and subcontractors requests.

Ensuring that all information required to tax vehicles is received in time to allow for scheduled handover.

Assisting sales team in processing a vehicle through the whole sales process.

Liaising with the brand regarding vehicle specification and ordering stock.

Ensuring that all Government procedures with regards to vehicle taxing are adhered to.  

The Package:

Salary (experience dependant) between £22,000 - £25,000 & fantastic company benefits. 40 hour working week with flexible hours available.
