The Role:
Silcom Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join a ‘premium’ motor trade dealership client of ours based in Oxford.

Main Objectives and Responsibilities of a Sales Administrator:
Comply with DVLA/AFRL guidelines at all times.
Provide excellent support and administration services to the sales department.
Process and monitoring all car sales on the company’s DMS.
Support Sales team – set up, invoice and post deals.
Taxing of vehicles.
Keep track of deals and ensure all are invoiced by end of month.
Liaising with Sales Managers.
Motor trade system experience preferred (but not essential).
The Package:
Salary: Up to £28,000 (negotiable).

Hours: Monday to Friday - 8:00am – 5:00pm [Highly flexible and negotiable; finish times and start times can be discussed at interview].
