The Role

Reporting to the Sales Administration Manager and Dealership Accountant you will be responsible for the following:

  • Checking used car documentation prior to invoicing
  • Booking in used cars onto system
  • Organising payment for used cars
  • Checking documentation after vehicles sold
  • Arranging payment of Finance settlements for part exchanges
  • Organise paperwork for trade vehicles going to auction
  • Check the Head Office Buyer’s Premium lines on used vehicles sold in the month
  • Registering Vehicle Warranties Online
  • Registering GAP Insurance Policies Online
  • Registering Safegard Policies Online

The Package

£17k - £20k FTE – 24 hours per week – Flexible on days. – Depending on experience
