£17,000 to £20,000 Per Annum Flexible on days

Part TimeThe Role
Reporting to the Sales Administration Manager and Dealership Accountant you will be responsible for the following:
- Checking used car documentation prior to invoicing
- Booking in used cars onto system
- Organising payment for used cars
- Checking documentation after vehicles sold
- Arranging payment of Finance settlements for part exchanges
- Organise paperwork for trade vehicles going to auction
- Check the Head Office Buyer’s Premium lines on used vehicles sold in the month
- Registering Vehicle Warranties Online
- Registering GAP Insurance Policies Online
- Registering Safegard Policies Online
The Package
£17k - £20k FTE – 24 hours per week – Flexible on days. – Depending on experience
