Must have a full UK Driver's License
What you will be doing:
Actively source and identify potential candidates through multiple channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Maintain and update CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of candidate profiles and interactions.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and seamless process.
Ability to quickly adapt to new tasks, responsibilities, and changing priorities within a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Demonstrate a willingness and eagerness to learn about the recruitment process, industry and client expectations.
Effective organisational skills to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and customer interactions simultaneously.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, sharing insights and contributing to the overall success and culture of the recruitment team.
Maintain a high level of professionalism in interactions with both clients and candidates, representing both themselves and the company positively.
Some recruitment experience would be ideal. However, we’d also love to speak with individuals from a sales or customer service background who showcase a willingness, and desire to learn and develop. THIS IS KEY!!

Monday to Thursday – 8:00am – 5:00pm.
Friday - 8:30am - 1:00pm.
