Preparation Site Manager

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of an independently owned client of ours, based in Eastleigh, who are in search of a Preparation Site Manager to join their growing team.

Our client is looking for someone with a background in automotive Bodyshop/Workshop management, possessing technical expertise, experience in process optimisation, and a proven track record in team leadership.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Preparation Site Manager:

To ensure all New, Used and vehicles are prepared to the agreed timelines.

To ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the Service, Wheel, and Smart Repair operations.

To control resources at a level commensurate with profit requirements.

To maximise departmental profitability through effective purchase control of tyres and sub-contract repairs.

Reporting directly to the Aftersales Manager and responsible for the Preparation Service Technicians, Apprentices, Wheel Technicians, Smart Repair Technicians, Drivers, Valeters, Sales Progressor, and Photographer.

The Package:

Basic Salary of £37,000 + OTE of up to £47,000 + Company car!!

Hours: Monday to Friday [40-hour week]!!
