Parts/Service Advisor - Southampton

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are recruiting on the behalf of an established, new and used car franchise dealership, with a site based around the outskirts of Southampton. Our client is seeking an experienced Parts/Service Advisor to join their existing team on a permanent basis. As a Parts/Service Advisor, you will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:

To meet & greet your customers, & clarify their service, MOT and/or repair requirements.

To manage your customers effectively throughout the day, maintaining regular contact and offer excellent, personalised levels of service.

To up-sell products & service plans, handle objections and record sales activity.

Stock control & Ordering of parts

Stocktaking

Identify and supply parts to a busy workshop

General parts duties

The Package:

£20,000 - £24,000 basic starting salary + Up-selling commission potential.

Monday to Friday - 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-5:30pm - One in two Saturday mornings
