Our esteemed main dealer group is actively seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join their team. Situated in Southampton and reporting to the Parts Manager, this presents an excellent chance to become part of a highly regarded and forward-thinking business with exciting expansion initiatives.
The ideal Parts Advisor will have current or previous motor trade experience, take initiative, and have excellent customer service experience.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Parts Advisor:
Handle ordering, booking, invoicing, and payment processes for parts.
Efficiently manage parts inventory.
Collaborate with the workshop, service advisors, and customers.
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
Possess knowledge and experience in automotive parts.
Package:
Basic Salary - £25,000 + Bonus!!
Monday to Friday - [8:00am - 5:30pm]
(1-in-3) Saturday mornings – [8:30am - 12:30pm]
