Parts Advisor - Southampton

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are working closely with one of central Southampton’s top main car dealerships, seeking a Parts Advisor to join their decorated team. Current motor trade parts experience preferred [but far from essential]

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction 

Meeting and greeting customers coming into the parts department

Ordering, booking parts, invoicing and taking payments

Managing parts stock

Liaising with the workshop, service advisors and customers

Providing quotations

Excellent customer service skills required

Knowledge and experience of the motor trade highly favoured

Package:

£22,450 Basic Salary + Bonus

8:00am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday

One in two Saturday mornings - 8:30am - 1:00pm
