Parts Advisor - Portsmouth

The Role:

A 40-year established client of ours currently seek an experienced Parts Advisor to join their team. Based in Portsmouth, reporting into the Parts Manager, a great opportunity to join a well-respected, progressive business who also have exciting growth plans. 

Current motor trade parts experience preferred, not essential.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction 

Meeting and greeting customers coming into the parts department

Ordering, booking parts, invoicing and taking payments

Managing parts stock

Liaising with the workshop, service advisors and customers

Providing quotations

Excellent customer service skills required

Knowledge and experience of car parts preferred

Package:

£22,500 Basic Salary + Bonus

8:00am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday

One in two Saturday mornings - 8:30am - 1:00pm
