Parts Advisor - Outskirts of Southampton

The Role:

An established, premium main dealer client of ours currently seek an experienced Parts Advisor to join their team. Based around the outskirts of Southampton, reporting into the Parts Manager, a superb opportunity to join a well-respected, progressive business who represent a premium brand. 

Current motor trade parts experience preferred. 

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction 

Meeting and greeting customers coming into the parts department

Ordering, booking parts, invoicing and taking payments

Managing parts stock

Liaising with the workshop, service advisors and customers

Providing quotations

Excellent customer service skills required

Knowledge and experience of car parts

Package:

£24,500 Basic Salary + Bonus

40-hour week - Monday to Friday

One in three Saturday mornings
