Marketing Manager - Christchurch

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are delighted to be supporting an established, franchise car dealership group who are currently seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team. 

We are seeking a flexible and versatile marketer who will be responsible for the growth within all of our client’s sales channels.

You will support our client in building and maintaining a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels, to include – Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & LinkedIn

Working for an established business, who operate across multiple sites. You will also be expected to visit each site at least once a week.

Working within a modern car dealership environment, and providing a refreshingly high basic salary – this is a superb opportunity for anyone who has a passion for marketing.

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Develop strategies and tactics to promote every department within our Motor Group

Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from creation to execution

Produce, on a regular basis, valuable and engaging content for our website and social media platforms that attracts and converts our target groups

Analyse consumer behaviour and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly

The Package: 

Starting salary of £25,000 - £35,000 (experience dependent)

Monday to Friday – 9:00am – 5:30pm
