HGV Technician - Outskirts of Southampton

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment is offering an excellent opportunity to join an independently owned and led commercial vehicle workshop based on the outskirts of Southampton.

We are currently seeking an experienced HGV Vehicle Technician to support the team's expansion plans.

Requirements & Responsibilities of an HGV Technician:

Conducting servicing, maintenance, and repairs on vehicles spanning 7.5 to 44 tonnes, following manufacturer guidelines.

Identifying and replacing defective parts and components.

Communicating necessary repairs to Service Receptionists.

Keeping comprehensive records of repairs and services.

Package:

Monday to Friday [8:00am – 17:00pm].

Optional Saturdays paid as overtime [8:00am – 14:00pm].

£16.00 - £17.00 per hour + overtime!
