




The Role:
We are recruiting on the behalf of a top client of ours based in Swanley, seeking to add a Fleet Sales Support Administrator to their growing team. Supporting the Fleet and Business Manager you will be responsible for the following:
Key Competencies:
Self-motivated team player, who can prioritise & work with minimum supervision
Ability to build and maintain key internal and external relationships
Effective time manager with the ability to prioritise
Ability to co-ordinate relationships with multiple key stakeholders
Ability to work to deadlines and flexibility to meet changing customer priorities
Duties will include:
Maintain an accurate work flow
Adhere to all Lease company SLA’s
Adhere to all Manufacturer standards ensuring audit compliance at all times
Complete all pre & post vehicle delivery related administration
Liaison with aftersales for timely vehicle preparation
Maintain and update effective vehicle & customer records
Liaise with external sub-contractors to co-ordinate onward delivery
Other ad-hoc duties, as required
The Package:
£17,500 - £18,000 Depending on experience. Monday to Friday 8:30-5:30
