Driver & Car Valeter - Petersfield

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment have the pleasure once again of working with one of our highly esteemed clients. Assisting them in the acquisition of a confident Driver & Car Valeter to deal with simple delivery tasks and general customer service, as well as keeping the vehicles prepared & cleaned to a dealer standard. We are seeking a polite and professional individual to join their team on a permanent basis, and assist in this pleasurable fast paced role. 

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Drive, deliver and/or collect vehicles for servicing, as directed by the service department.

Completing vehicle inspection for every customer, prior to collection and delivery.

Parking vehicles & forecourt arrangement.

Experienced in washing, valeting and maintaining vehicles to a dealer standard.

Preparing vehicles for rental and ensuring they are cleaned to the highest standards. Ability to use valet materials quickly and efficiently.

Previous motor trade knowledge and experience desirable, but not essential. 

Clean driving licence - essential.

Strong communication skills and commitment to customer service.

Ability to be a good team player and work on your own initiative.

A positive and proactive attitude.

High standards and attention to detail & customer satisfaction.

Someone with a motor trade background and understands the importance customer satisfaction would thrive in this role.

Package:

£24,000 - £26,000 Basic Salary + Excellent company benefits.

Monday to Friday / 8:00am - 6:00pm.

Saturday morning rota (Alternate weekends).
