Dealership Concierge - Outskirts of Southampton

The Role:

We at Silcom Recruitment have the privilege of working with a high-end brand, to aid in finding an experienced customer service member to take on a front of house position for a modern facility as a Dealership Concierge to report directly into the Service Manager.   

We are seeking a proactive individual with great initiative and standards to match an established, premium franchised dealer. Based on the outskirts of Southampton.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

To maintain an excellent standard of customer service, appearance and workspace management.

To meet & greet your customers and offer them the best possible journey when visiting the dealership.

To advise and allocate your customers on the department or member of staff they require.

To manage front of house and maintain a high standard of cleanliness across the parking grounds and surrounding facilities.  

We feel someone coming from a premium hospitality environment would be well suited to this type of role and its responsibilities.

**Current motor trade customer facing experience also highly desired**

Package:

Basic Salary £25,000! (experience dependent) + Performance Bonus

Monday to Friday - 8:00am - 6:00pm / 7:30am – 5:30pm

No Weekends!!
