The Role:
Silcom Recruitment are on the hunt for a Car Sales Executive for a premium brand, main dealer client of ours, based in Winchester. Our client seeks a Car Sales Executive with a background in predominantly selling used vehicles, who is enthusiastic about joining a tight-knit team of five.
We seek candidates with a valid UK Driver’s License and a proven track record in the motor trade, with commission earnings currently averaging up to £80,000!!!
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Car Sales Executive:
Identify and engage potential customers through various channels, including walk-ins, phone inquiries, and online leads.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customers' requirements and preferences.
Showcase vehicles to customers, highlighting features and benefits to match their needs.
Guide customers through the sales process, including test drives, financing options, and vehicle delivery.
Negotiate terms of sale to ensure customer satisfaction while maximising profitability for the dealership.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets.
Provide exceptional customer service, foster long-term relationships, and generate repeat business.
The Package:
Basic salary: £20,000 with an OTE of up to £55,000 [Based on 11 cars a month] + Company car!!
Uncapped commission!!! [Currently resulting in take-home earnings of up to £80,000]!!!!
Hours: Monday to Friday [8:30am – 6:00pm] with a designated day off in the week!!
Saturdays [8:30am – 5:00pm] & (1-in-3) Sundays [10:30am – 4:30pm]!
