The Role:
We have a rare, yet exciting opportunity for a Car Sales Executive to join a client of ours at their high performing premium main dealership based in Portsmouth.
As a Car Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in the dealership's success by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the purchase process. Your primary responsibility will be to sell premium brand vehicles both new and used, ensuring an exceptional customer experience from the initial inquiry to delivery.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Sales Executive:
Proven track record in motor trade sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ambitious with a drive for career progression.
Enthusiastic about the automotive industry.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our premium brand vehicles and features.
Conduct test drives and effectively present the benefits of our products.
Negotiate and finalise sales, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
The Package:
£18,000 Basic Salary + £60,000 OTE!
Monday to Friday: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm (One day off during the week)
Saturday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Sunday (Rota): 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
