The Role:
Silcom Recruitment is excited to announce an excellent opportunity for a Car Sales Executive with motor trade experience to join an esteemed main dealer client of ours based in Lincoln.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Car Sales Executive:
Greet and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate vehicle recommendations.
Demonstrate vehicle features, specifications, and benefits to prospective buyers.
Negotiate terms and pricing with customers to close sales.
Prepare and process sales paperwork, including contracts and financing options.
Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, promotions, and market trends.
Manage and track sales leads and opportunities using CRM software.
Achieve individual and team sales targets and objectives.
Collaborate with other dealership departments to ensure smooth transactions.
Attend training sessions and workshops to stay informed about new products and sales techniques.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints or concerns in a timely manner.
The Package:
Basic Salary: £25,000 + £45,000 OTE + Company Car!!
Monday to Friday [9:00am – 6:00pm] & Saturdays [9:00am – 5:00pm] + A day off in the week!
(1-in-2) Sundays!!
