





The Role:
Silcom Recruitment are currently working with a family-owned main dealer group, located in Poole, who seek a dynamic and results-driven Motor Trade Aftersales Manager to lead their aftersales team.
With a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and business growth, my client are looking for an Aftersales Manager who can take the reins and drive the aftersales operations forward.
Responsibilities of an Aftersales Manager:
Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of service advisors, technicians, and parts staff to achieve high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.
Customer Satisfaction: Maintain and improve the quality of customer service, ensuring that all customer interactions meet or exceed expectations.
Operational Efficiency: Implement effective processes and procedures to maximise efficiency in the service and parts departments.
Financial Management: Monitor and manage departmental budgets, expenses, and revenue, working towards profitability goals.
Performance Analysis: Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Training and Development: Identify training needs and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
The Package:
Up to £40,000 Basic salary!
Performance bonus (ability to achieve over £50,000!) + Company car & other great benefits!!
Monday to Friday [08:00am – 18:00pm]
Saturday rota [08:30am – 12:30pm]
