The Role:

We have a unique opportunity with an amazing dealer group who are on the lookout for an experienced Aftersales Manager to join their close knit team. Located on the outskirts of Southampton, this exciting brand offers an ideal opportunity for individuals with existing service management expertise & strong aftersales experience to succeed with this family owned dealer group.

Responsibilities & Requirements of an Aftersales Manager:

Enhancing service processes to enhance efficiency and profitability through vigilant monitoring.

Assuming responsibility for the site's performance, actively contributing to its expansion.

Guiding and supporting a dedicated team of service professionals, providing training and direction.

Transitioning from a Senior Service Advisor or Assistant Service Manager role, poised for career advancement.

Demonstrating leadership skills to inspire and manage teams effectively.

Exemplary communication skills for fostering positive relationships with both customers and team members.

Profound comprehension of motor trade operations and aftersales procedures.

The Package:

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 [experience dependent] + bonus + company car!

Monday to Friday hours!!
