The Role:

We have a unique opportunity to join a client of ours, a loyal, highly respected multi-franchised dealer group for an Aftersales Manager at their high performing site in the Eastbourne area.

Our client is looking for a dynamic, results driven and passionate Aftersales Manager to lead their already successful team and to maintain their reputation of brilliant customer satisfaction.  

Responsibilities & Requirements of an Aftersales Manager:

Monitoring and improving service processes to optimise efficiency and profitability.

Taking ownership of the site's performance and contributing to its growth.

Leading a dedicated team of aftersales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.

Manage the day-to-day operations of the Service Department, to ensure the key targets of the franchise are achieved.

Our ideal candidate must have experience in an Aftersales Management position or equivalent within the motor trade and be confident in driving a business forward.

The Package:

Up to £45,000 Basic Salary [experience dependent] + £60,000 OTE + Company car

Monday to Friday [8:00 – 17:30] this will also include occasional Saturday work when required.

Strong progression opportunities available for a high performing individual.
