Workshop Manager - Southampton

The Role:

We're excited to be supporting a well-established, Managing Director run business, who seek a Workshop Manager to join their team.

Our client seeks an experienced Workshop Controller/ Manager who is happy to work in a hands on role, managing a close knit team & dealing with customers. 

Our client would also look at someone who is an experienced Vehicle Technician or Experience Service Advisor who is looking for a step up in responsibility.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Managing the workshop day to day & Technicians workload. Working closely with the owner of the business.

Strong mechanical & technical knowledge.

Ordering of parts 

Updating customers on progress of their vehicles

Package:

Salary, dependent on experience up to £29,000 basic + £6,000 bonus (£500 per month) Total package £35,000 + Company Van & fuel (after 6 months)

Monday to Friday 08.00- 17.30. 1 in 3 weekends (AM only)
