Full TimeThe Role:
Silcom Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established franchise dealer group, who are now seeking a new Workshop Controller to join their team.
Our client requires an experienced Workshop Controller who is happy to work in a hands on role, working within a team & motivating the workshop.
Our client would also look at someone who is an experienced Senior Vehicle Technician/ Master Technician who is looking for a step up in responsibility.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Managing the workshop day to day & Technicians workload. Working closely with the Aftersales Manager.
Strong mechanical & technical knowledge.
A Full UK Driving Licence.
The ability to communicate with customers & staff effectively.
Package:
Basic salary, dependent on experience up to £32,000
With an annual OTE of £42,000!!
Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00 with 30 minutes’ lunch. Occasionally Saturday morning (typically 1 in 4+)
