Automotive, Workshop, Aftersales & Customer ServiceThe Role:
A Workshop Controller position is open at our client's well-established business in Reading. They are seeking a self-motivated and skilled team member for this crucial workshop role. The ideal candidate must have technical experience or transferable workshop control skills.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Workshop Controller:
Oversee day-to-day operations in the workshop.
Manage and lead a strong team of technicians.
Ensure efficient and timely completion of vehicle repairs and maintenance.
Coordinate workflow and prioritise tasks within the workshop.
Adhere to safety regulations and promote a secure working environment.
Package:
Basic Salary: £32,000 - £34,000 with an OTE of up to £42,000!!
Hours: Monday – Friday [8:00am – 18:00pm] & (1-in-3) Saturdays [8.30am – 12.30pm].
