Workshop Controller - Portsmouth

The Role:

A Workshop Controller is required at one of our top clients in Portsmouth, with a very well established Dealership they are looking for an addition member of staff in an imperative role within the business.

My client, seek self-motivated, strong team manager and will consider applicants with technical experience or transferable workshop control skills to work in their impressive establishment. 

The day-to-day duties you will be carrying out as a Workshop Controller are as follows:

Managing the workshop day to day & Technicians workload. Working closely with the Aftersales Manager.

Responsible for 14 Technicians & 3 Bodyshop Technicians

Liaise with aftersales department including warranty & parts, sales department to organise sales prep work & the Bodyshop to make sure all departments are on the same page.

Self-motivate and drive productivity and efficiency.

Create a great working environment.

MOT Site Manager & experience within Bodyshop Management – Highly Desired!

Package:

Basic Salary £30,000 with an OTE of £42,000 per annum. As well as fantastic company benefits.

Working hours – 08:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work.
