The Role:

We're excited to be supporting a well-established franchise dealer group, who seek an experienced Workshop Controller to join their team based in Portsmouth.

Our client seeks an experienced Workshop Controller who is happy to work in a hands on role, managing a large team.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Managing the workshop day to day & Technicians workload. Working closely with the Aftersales Manager.

Strong mechanical & technical knowledge.

A Full UK Driving Licence.

The ability to communicate with customers & staff effectively.

Package:

Salary, dependent on experience between £28,000 - £32,000 + OTE Circa £48,000 + Company Benefits.

Monday to Friday 08.00- 18.00 with 1 hour for lunch. Currently No weekends, however this might change in the near future.
