The Role:

One of our largest clients in the Dorset area are currently looking for a competent Workshop Controller to head-up their main-dealership setup in Poole. Silcom Recruitment are seeking someone for this business who is ready to take on a great responsibility.

Our client is a well-established, branded main car dealership based near Poole, Dorset. Who are currently open to considering a wide variety of Workshop Control experience, from different automotive backgrounds.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Workshop Controller:

Managing the workshop day to day & Technicians workload. Working closely with the other senior management for the business.

Liaise with the service department to make sure all departments are updated.

Self-motivate and drive productivity and efficiency.

Create an effective and positive working environment.

Package:

Basic Salary: £35,000 per annum + Bonus | OTE £45,000 per annum!

Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 5:30pm | Saturdays: (1-in-3) 8:00am – 12:00pm
