The Role:
A Workshop Controller is required at one of our clients in Fareham, with a very well established business they are looking for an addition member of staff in a very important workshop position within the business.
My client, seek self-motivated, strong team manager and will consider applicants with technical experience or transferable workshop control skills to work in their impressive establishment.
The day-to-day duties you will be carrying out as a Workshop Controller are as follows:
Managing the workshop day to day & Technicians workload. Working closely with the General Manager & Aftersales Manager for the business.
Liaise with the service department to make sure all departments are on the same page.
Self-motivate and drive productivity and efficiency.
Create a great working environment.
Package:
Basic Salary up to £32,000 with an OTE of £38,000. As well as great company benefits including your birthday off!
Working hours – 08:00 – 17:30 Monday to Friday
Saturday overtime 08.00 – 12.00. Paid at time and a half.
