Workshop Controller - Coventry

The Role:

We have the pleasure of representing a well-established franchise dealer, who are now seeking a new Workshop Controller to join their experienced team.

Our client requires an experienced Workshop Controller who is happy to work in a hands on role, working within a team & dealing with customers on a daily basis. 

Our client would also look at someone who is an experienced Vehicle Technician or Experience Service Advisor who is looking for a step up in responsibility.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Managing the workshop day to day & Technicians workload. Working closely with the Aftersales Manager.

Strong mechanical & technical knowledge.

A Full UK Driving Licence.

The ability to communicate with customers & staff effectively.

Package:

Basic salary, dependent on experience up to £28,000

With an annual OTE of £42,000!!

Monday to Friday standard working week

Saturday rota: 1 in 3 weekends (AM only)
