Warranty Advisor - Portsmouth

The Role:

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and dedicated Warranty Advisor to join one of our valued clients in Portsmouth, an established and highly reputable business within the automotive sector. This is a full-time, office-based role within a supportive and collaborative team, reporting directly to the Aftersales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage, submit, and reconcile all vehicle warranty claims efficiently and accurately.

Maintain a strong understanding of automotive workshop processes, with a preference for experience in warranty management.

Submit and process warranty and goodwill claims daily and weekly, ensuring all claims are closed within the required timescales.

Monitor and report on warranty data daily, weekly, and monthly to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.

Ideally, you will have experience in a workshop environment, whether as a Workshop Controller, Service Advisor, or Warranty Executive, with a solid understanding of warranty procedures.

The Ideal Candidate:

Strong automotive workshop experience with a comprehensive understanding of vehicle warranty claims and processes.

Previous experience in a similar role, such as Workshop Controller, Service Advisor, or Warranty Executive.

A proactive, detail-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple claims effectively.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.

The Package:

Competitive basic salary of up to £28,000 with an OTE of £32,000, plus additional company benefits. Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 – No weekend work. Opportunity to work with a loyal and highly respected client within the automotive sector.
