Warranty Advisor - Basingstoke

The Role:

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Warranty Advisor to join a very established dealer group, based in Basingstoke. Working as part of a team, my client will also consider someone full time or part time. Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Duties will include:

You will be responsible for management, submission and reconciliation of all vehicles warranty claims

Sound understanding of motor vehicle workshop processes and preferably with knowledge of warranty management

Submit accurate warranty and goodwill claims on a daily and weekly basis, closing all completed claims within the timescales allowed

Monitor daily, weekly and monthly warranty reports

Ideally you will have automotive workshop experience preferably at workshop controller or warranty executive level

The Package:

Up to £25,000 Basic Salary + Company performance bonus + great company benefits.

Monday to Friday flexible hours

Full time - 37.5 hour working week.

Part time - 25 hour working week across 3 or 5 days.
