An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Warranty Administrator to join a very established dealership group, based in Brighton. Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
As a Warranty Administrator your duties will include:
Meeting customers’ aftersales needs by ensuring all works are booked in promptly carried out to the required standard.
Administering warranty policies in the best interests of the dealership, manufacturer and customer.
Maintaining records of warranty submissions, credits, rejections and customer contributions towards goodwill claims.
Investigating complex and long standing customers’ warranty problems through to successful resolution.
Handling customers’ warranty concerns or complaints and bringing them to a satisfactory conclusion.
It is essential you will have motor trade experience within a warranty role or exposure to warranty administration, minimum of one year’s experience considered.
Up to £28,000 Basic Salary + great company benefits.
Monday to Friday 08:30 – 18:00. No weekends!
