Vehicle Technician - Tipton

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are pleased to be supporting a valued client based in Tipton, who are looking to appoint a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their growing workshop team.

Opportunities are available across multiple levels, including Service Technicians, Vehicle Technicians, and Master Technicians.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:

Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs in line with manufacturer standards.

Diagnose faults and complete vehicle health checks to identify additional work.

Ensure all work is completed efficiently, to a high standard, and documented accurately.

Previous experience within a dealership or independent garage environment is advantageous.

NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair required for most roles (NVQ Level 2 suitable for Service Technician positions).

A valid UK driving licence is essential.

The Package:

Salary: Up to £37,000 basic (depending on experience)

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm - No Weekends!

Modern workshop facilities with up-to-date diagnostic equipment.

Supportive team environment within a well-established independent garage.
