The Role:
We have an exciting opportunity to work for a well-established Independent Specialist, based in Thatcham.
We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician who has a varied range experience across workshop.
Duties will include:
- Undertake the repair, mechanical issues and servicing of motor vehicles. Including MOT vehicle preparation.
- Detect and diagnose any additional faults for further repair.
- Checking level and quality of work through use of diagnostic equipment, self-quality checking and road testing of vehicles after the work has been carried out.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and complies with retailer, manufacturer and industry guidelines.
Experience Required:
- Strong varied brand knowledge
- 5 years + workshop experience of resolving mechanical issues and repairs
Packages:
£28,000 - £30,000 Basic Salary + Guaranteed Overtime available (Rate at time & 1/2), taking the overall earnings between £32,000 - £34,000
Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00 NO WEEKEND WORK.
