Vehicle Technician - Southampton

The Role:

Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician/MOT Tester seeking a fresh challenge? Our client, located around the outskirts of Southampton are on the lookout for a qualified professional to deliver high standards of vehicle servicing, repairs, and MOT testing. **Please note – An MOT license is preferred, not essential**

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver vehicle servicing and repairs to exceed manufacturer standards and ensure total customer satisfaction.

Complete repair and servicing work efficiently and accurately using the latest tools and techniques.

Ensure all warranty, repair, and service paperwork is precise, detailed, and compliant with requirements.

Provide outstanding customer service and support consistently.

Requirements:

Proven experience working in an automotive retail environment

NVQ Level 3 in Automotive Vehicle Servicing & Repair or equivalent (NVQ Level 2 may be considered)

MOT Tester qualification preferred, not essential

Full UK driving licence

Salary & Benefits:

Basic salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (dependent on experience & qualifications)

Working Hours:

Monday–Thursday: 08:45 – 17:00

Friday: 08:30 – 17:00

Saturday: 08:30 – 12:30 (rota basis, approx. 1 in 4 Saturdays), paid as overtime

Overtime available and remunerated accordingly
