Vehicle Technician - Salisbury

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are currently seeking out an acomplished Vehicle Technician to work for a large, fast growing and reputable client at their refurbished dealership based in Salisbury.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:

Perform vehicle services and repairs adhering to company technical standards.

Diagnose and address non-routine defects using knowledge of vehicles and relevant technologies.

Complete jobs within allocated time and uphold personal productivity targets.

Coach and support apprentice technicians, facilitating learning and understanding.

Attend specialised training sessions as needed.

Collaborate with Centre team members to provide seamless and exceptional customer service.

MOT license preferable, but by no means essential.

Package:

Basic Salary: £27,000 - £36,000 per annum [experience dependent] | OTE £50,000+ UNCAPPED !!!

Advanced training is always made available including; electric vehicle training, diagnostic equiptment training & MOT qualification refreshers and training.

Hours: Monday – Friday [8:00am – 5:00pm] | Saturdays (1-in-4) [8:30am – 12:30pm]
