Vehicle Technician - Petersfield

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are working with one of our award-winning independent garages, in search of a skilled Vehicle Technician to join a close-knit team based in Petersfield.

Using the latest and most modern diagnostic technology, our client has an open and informative approach to what's needed, and what's not, which has gained them a good following and customer base.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:

Diagnosing vehicle problems: Identifying issues with vehicles through inspection, diagnostic tools, and customer input.

Following safety protocols: Adhering to safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others.

Documenting work performed: Recording details of repairs, maintenance tasks, and parts used for billing purposes and future reference.

Collaborating with colleagues: Working closely with other technicians, service advisors, and parts personnel to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service delivery.

Possession of a valid UK driver's license.

Level 2 qualifications will be considered.

Package:

Basic Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 [Depending on experience]!!

Christmas bonus & onsite parking!!

Hours: Monday to Friday [8:30am - 5:30pm]!

(1-in-3) Saturdays paid as overtime [8:30am – 1:00pm].
