Vehicle Technician - Outskirts of Southampton

The Role:

Calling all Vehicle Technicians!!

Silcom Recruitment is currently in search of a skilled Vehicle Technician for an exceptional client of ours. This client maintains main dealer standards in a setting that is independently operated and owned. Focusing on premium and performance brands, they boast outstanding facilities and are overseen by a friendly, hands-on, and passionate owner.

The site is located on the outskirts of Southampton.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:

You will hold an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent as a minimum.

MOT License advantageous!

Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in vehicles.

Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential problems and recommend necessary repairs.

Use diagnostic equipment to identify electronic and technical problems.

Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.

VAG experience essential!!

Package:

Basic Salary of up to £40,000!!

Monday to Friday hours [8:30am - 5:30pm].

(1-in-2) Saturday rota [8:30am - 1:00pm].
