Vehicle Technician - Outskirts of Southampton

The Role:

Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician looking for a new & exciting opportunity? Silcom Recruitment have a great client who is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their team, based on the outskirts of Southampton. Our client is a premium, main dealer group with excellent working amenities!

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:

Driving Licence (required).

You will hold an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent as a minimum.

MOT certificate would be highly desirable, but not essential.

Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.

Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential problems and recommend necessary repairs.

Passion for mechanical work and customer interaction.

The Package:

Up to £40,000 basic salary [qualifications dependent] + Bonus £3.600 (UNCAPPED)!

(£1,200 additional on basic if you hold a valid MOT License)!!!

Flexibility on Monday to Friday hours: [08:00am – 17:00pm] or [08:30am – 17:00pm].

Saturday rota paid as overtime (time and a half). Typically, 1 in 3 or 4 weekends.
