Vehicle Technician - Outskirts of Southampton

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are on the search for a Vehicle Technician to work for one of our family run, independent premium businesses, based within the outskirts of Southampton.

The ideal Vehicle Technician will be fully qualified and experienced within a Vehicle Technician role.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:

Inspecting vehicles and diagnosing any required work.

Discussing required repairs with customers.

Calculating the expected time and cost of vehicle work.

Repairing or replacing components as required.

Road testing vehicles to test repair work.

Fitting and servicing vehicles.

Performing service checks.

Cleaning and maintaining the work environment to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety.

Minimum NVQ level 3 and a clean driving license required.

Package:

Basic Salary: Upwards of £31,250 per annum (increasing with experience) + OTE of up to £49,850 !!!

Hours: [Full-Time] Monday – Friday [8:30am – 5:00pm] with a 30min lunch | NO WEEKENDS !!!
