Vehicle Technician & MOT Tester - Swindon

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are delighted to be supporting an established independent used car operation in Swindon, who are seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician & MOT Tester to join their team. This role is primarily MOT-focused, with repair work when required. A great opportunity to join a supportive business offering excellent pay and work-life balance.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Conduct MOT tests in line with DVSA standards.Assist with light servicing and maintenance when required.

Diagnose and repair faults accurately and efficiently.

Complete all job cards and service documentation to a professional standard.

Valid MOT Testing licence (essential).

Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification required.

The Package:

Basic Salary: £42,500 + bonus of up to £50,000!!!

Hours: Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 5:00pm (No weekends).

Independent used car operation with a supportive team environment.
