Vehicle Technician & MOT Tester Romsey

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment currently seek an experienced Vehicle Technician & MOT Tester for a client of ours based near Romsey.

Our client is an established independent dealership who specialise in the sale and service of used cars & vans. Our client now seeks an experienced Vehicle Technician & MOT Tester to join their team on a full time permanent basis. 

Responsibilities & Requirements:

**MOT License Essential**

**Experience working on Diesel vehicles essential**

Undertake basic repair and servicing of motor vehicles.

MOT testing.

Hold a valid MOT Tester Licence

Have previous working experience within an MOT Tester role

A Full UK Driving Licence

The ability to communicate with customers effectively

A sound Mechanical knowledge

Carrying out MOT Failure rectification work as and when required

Ensuring VOSA standards are met at all times

Package:

£30,000 Basic Salary - Rising to £35,000 after successful probation (3-months) 

Monday to Friday - 8:00-4:30 - Saturday 8:00-1:00

Monday to Friday - 8:00-5:30 - No Saturday
