Vehicle Technician - Lincoln

The Role:

Are you a skilled Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician looking for a change?

Our client, a well-established main dealer located in Lincoln, is looking to expand their team with a dedicated Vehicle Technician. The ideal candidate will hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in vehicle maintenance and repair, demonstrating a strong foundation in both mechanical and electrical systems.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:

Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools.

Carry out repairs and routine maintenance on a variety of vehicles.

Perform comprehensive inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.

Offer professional advice to customers regarding vehicle conditions and necessary repairs.

Keep detailed records of all services and repairs completed.

Install new components or systems to improve vehicle performance.

Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and ensure customer satisfaction.

Keep up with industry developments and advancements in automotive technology.

Package:

Basic Salary: £35,000 (Negotiable) + OTE £41,000!!!

Hours: Monday to Friday [8:00am – 6:00pm] + Saturday rota!!
