Vehicle Technician - Guildford

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are working with an established client of ours, based in the Guildford area. Our client is currently looking for a confident and experienced Vehicle Technician.

Our client is offering a rewarding salary package and a friendly well established team. With in-house training to develop your skillset.

Our ideal candidate will need to have experience working within an automotive workshop environment and have knowledge of working with a range of LCV vehicles. They will need to have obtained their Level 3 IMI in Vehicle Maintenance and repair (Or equivalent) and/or an MOT license.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:

Undertake Service & Repair on a range of light commercial vehicles in a timely and efficient manner

Carry out inspection and diagnostic work when required using various systems & equipment

Carry out MOT’s for various vehicles, ensuring high quality levels (If qualified)

IMI Level 3 in Vehicle maintenance and repair or equivalent (Essential)

MOT License Desired (Not essential)

The Package:

Up to £37,000 Basic Salary (Depending on experience) + Uncapped OTE bonus.  

Monday to Friday [8:00 - 17:15] + 1 Saturday per month [8:30 - 17:00].

In house training.
