Vehicle Technician - Exeter

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment is actively seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join one of our family-run businesses located in Exeter. As a family run business, there is a genuine emphasis on prioritising their people. Candidates with varying levels of experience are welcomed, whether they possess an MOT license or not and the ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about undergoing training at their brand-new state of the art training facility.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:

Proven expertise in vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and repairs, or equivalent certification.

Capacity to collaborate effectively within a team, demonstrating a customer-centric approach.

Valid UK driver's license.

While MOT testing experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory; training and support is offered to accommodate individuals without prior experience.

Package:

Basic Salary: £29,000 - £33,000 [Depending on experience] + OTE £45,000 UNCAPPED!!

Overtime is paid at 1.5x basic + 30 days holiday (including bank holidays)!

Hours: Monday to Friday [8:30am - 5:00pm] + 1 hour lunch break!

Overtime: Saturdays [8:30am – 12:30pm] + Any additional hours worked during the week!
