Vehicle Technician - Edenbridge

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are presently seeking a proficient Vehicle Technician to join our esteemed premium brand client located in Edenbridge.

If you possess a Level 2 or 3 NVQ in Light Vehicle Maintenance, are seeking a career transition, and are enthusiastic about undergoing further training for professional advancement, we encourage you to get in touch with us!

While an MOT License is desirable, it is not a mandatory requirement.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:

Conduct routine maintenance and servicing of vehicles according to manufacturer specifications.

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles.

Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components and systems.

Complete inspections and tests to ensure vehicles meet safety and quality standards.

Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used.

Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding vehicle issues and repairs.

Assist in maintaining a clean and organised workshop environment.

Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries and concerns professionally.

The Package:

Basic Salary: £32,000 + OTE £46,500 UNCAPPED!!

25 days annual leave.

Hours: Monday to Friday & rota Saturday mornings.
